Bat Mitzvah Photography

Hosting a bat mitzvah in Israel is your chance to get to know the Holy Land at a critical junction in your daughter's life.

I have a lot of experience working with Reform and Conservative bat mitzvah families, and I look forward to sharing tips about how to create a successful bat mitzvah in Jerusalem (or the location of your choice) - how to get shots of all participants in the gender-divided Western Wall (if you are going there), where to find the best views of the Old City, and finding the right combination of products to document all the elements of that make up your day.

As far as bat mitzvahs go, there are a few extra things that you will have to keep in mind in terms of religious restrictions and location limitations, so be sure to read my post on the subject to learn more about planning your bat mitzvah in Israel.

In additional to stills, you may wish to consider a full video clip to document the ceremony or a short video clip that sets the highlights of a day to a song of your choice (a popular option with many families). To see bar and bat mitzvah mitzvah videos, click here.
