I have been dreaming about my son’s barmitzva in Israel since the day he was born. This year we were blessed to be able make that dream a reality. Barak came highly recommended but he exceeded all expectations! He was patient, funny, personable and has the talent of a world class photographer. It was pouring rain the day of the bar mitzva, a blessing for Israel, for my dreams of a barmitzva at the Kotel, not so much. We had about 10 minutes of no rain, Barak not only got the shots we needed at the Kotel, the pictures are artful and cinematic even. I am a designer myself, I can spot talent anywhere and this man is one of the most talented photographers I have ever worked with. I have the most incredible memories captured in his pictures.

When my son was 10 he said he wanted to have his Bar Mitzvah at Masada. So when his 13th birthday was around the corner and I started to plan his bar mitzvah from the US, I knew that I needed a special photographer for the occasion. I e-mailed back and forth with various photographers and very quickly realized that Barak was the best of the bunch. He replied quickly and kindly to all my initial e-mails and questions. Once I selected the package and we settled on the time and date, I just relaxed and focused on planning the rest of the ceremony.

On the special day, Barak met us at Masada BRIGHT AND EARLY! We were there around 6:30/7 AM for an 8 AM ceremony. It was such a comfort to see Barak there on time and get to meet him. He started working his magic right away, capturing moments as we prepared for the ceremony atop Masada. Barak was a quiet yet involved force in the ceremony and our celebration and captured every moment so beautifully.

I just recently made a scrapbook from the digital prints and now appreciate his artistic eye even more. His photos are simply stunning. Barak helped make a very special day for my son and for our family even more special by giving us the many beautiful moments in photos.

We just came back from Israel, celebrating our daughter's Bat Mitzvah in December (during Chanukah). We found Barak when we were Google searching for Israeli photographers and really liked his portfolio. Communicating with Barak was very smooth, he responded quickly (especially by WhatsApp). We booked a complete package for pictures and video. On the day of the Bat Mitzvah, we planned to take pictures outside, but there was torrential rain. Barak was very accommodating, and booked us for outdoor pictures in the Old City on another day.

Most importantly...the pictures are incredible! Barak's artistry was exactly what we were looking for. We got tons of candid photos during the ceremony and also great portraits in the shul, and walking through the old city. The video also looks great, and part of the package was a short "highlights" video that incorporated the Bat Mitzvah ceremony along with behind the scenes video of our photo shoot.

We met Barak two months before our wedding – from behind the camera at another wedding.

He came to meet with us in Ramat Gan all the way from South one Friday afternoon. The meeting was so great, it took a whole hour as we talked and got to know each other.
